A little bit about Cindy…

I’m a wedding and lifestyle photographer based in New Jersey, but I also travel to destinations far and wide to photograph weddings. I’ll be in Mexico this year, and I can’t wait!

I graduated with a degree in Studio Art from Douglass College (Rutgers University) where I studied drawing, painting, graphic design, and photography.

I am a light chaser.

I love creating beautifully lit portraits for my clients, but my true passion is telling a story through candid shots and real moments.

I strive to create photographs that take my clients back to that moment in time so they can relive their wedding day for the rest of their lives.

I love walking into the bride’s childhood home on the morning of the wedding and seeing one of her parents’ wedding photographs hanging on the wall. It reminds me of why wedding photography is so important, and it reaffirms my belief that gimmicks and trends will come and go, but timeless photography will last forever.

I’ve been shooting weddings since 2003, and I have yet to meet a “bridezilla.”

My clients like my sense of humor, and they love it when I show them the photos as I’m taking them.

When I’m not photographing weddings and portraits I’m probably making art with my iPhone (www.cindypatrick.com) or drawing (www.cindypatrickart.tumblr.com) or teaching (Perkins Center for the Arts, Croft Farm Art Center, and Cooper Cancer Center.)

I have won numerous awards for my art and I have been published on several blogs and in print. My work has been included in exhibitions around the world.

I would love to be a part of your magical day. Call me 609.760.9258 or email me cindy@cpatrickphoto.com and let’s talk!
